About DJ EyEzDj Eyez began his love for DJ'ing back in 88' when he was 12 and went to his girlfriends party in Cali and saw some of the dopest Filipino DJ's getting nasty on the Technics. Later in life, Dj Eyez discovered that some of those DJ's were some of the Worlds greatest DJ's ever he was witnessing. DJ Q-Bert, D-Styles and others from the San Fransisco crew called the Invizbl Skratch Piklz. He started DJ'ing w/ no money and his mom's old RCA belt driven turntable and a cassette recorder, making "pause button" mix tapes. He moved to Florida in 92 and began his committment to learning the Art of DJ'ing when he purchased his first set of Technics..they were the 1700 and 1710 series with the oldschool turn knob pitch control along side his Numark 4 channel mixer with 9 second sampler button. This is where he learned to scratch, mix, transform and make plenty of freestyle mixes w/ his crew of lyricists and throwing house parties all over the Bay Area. Vinyl record hunting was an addiction as he and crew drove out to Bananas records, Peaches, Vinyl Fever, Kirky C's and Galaxy records just to name a few, and spend countless hours searching for the dopest and rarest records. DJ Eyez still holds on to his massive collection of 70's, 80's, 90's records which he enjoys performing with for the right receptive crowds. DJ Eyez submitted to the powerful driven digital age and started to mix on software such as Serato Scratch Live, Torq by M-Audio and many others for audio production.
